- Assist Manager Operations in all operational undertakings/Projects to ensure smooth implementations of AWT Policies and measures to enhance profitability of AF Stations.
- Achieve Volumetric and Gross Margin Targets as well as Net Askari Fuels (AF) Profitability Target set for the year.
- Develop Tour Plans of Staff on monthly basis and accordingly communicate to Operations Teams to conduct regular Station Technical Audits as per required frequency to monitor Performance of Station Managers and staff.
- Identify underperforming Stations and enhance their Sales through relentless Marketing efforts.
- Ensures compliance of Credit Limits and timely receipt of payments from Credit Customers.
- Ensure timely inspection of 3rd Party Annual Inspections and renewal of all licenses issued by various Govt. Departments for CNG Stations.
- Monitor the compliance of Safety Regulations and Procedures set by Govt. Authorities at each Station and contribute to the development of a proactive Health, Safety and Security Environment and follow it in true letter and spirit.
- Manage Product Inventories, Product Gain/Loss, Inventory Price Gain/Loss and Indenting of Multi Fuel (MF) products from Oil Marketing Companies (OMC).
Must be self-motivated and have the Analytical Approach towards operations of Fuel Stations.
Must possess strong Interpersonal, Communications and Negotiation skills.
Should be well versed with Microsoft Office.
Should have a special knack for marketing of Fuel Products.
