Responsibilities:

  • Administer and Monitor the Financial System,
  • Assist with the preparation of the invoicing and monthly billing statement/report along with quarterly report and reports.
  • Establish the maintain control and process Clint’s invoice.
  • Prepare and reconcile statement, reports &returns and investment.
  • Maintain the computerized records and file.
  • Assist in recovery fromelerts.
  • Implement policies and procedure, establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger.
  • Maintain the Account Payable and Receivable System.
  • Ensure the safeguarding of all invoice are reconciled the account payable and receivable and weakly.
  • Prepare summaries, compile source documents.
  • Administer File and Records for Accurately.
  • Maintain the computerized and update records.
  • Provide Efficient and Effect Office Management.
  • Order office manage the filing, storage and security of documents.
  • Respond to inquiries and manage client’s payment summary.
  • Maintain Insurance coverage, booking register issue permits and licenses.
  • To Perform any other takes assigned by RM /MF

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities

  • The incumbent must have the knowledge of following areas.
  • Computerized Accounting Programs and receivable.
  • Preparation of financial statement, reports and payroll system and reporting.
  • The incumbent must also demonstrate the following SKILL,
  • Strong Supervisory Team Building, Accounting and Bookkeeping skills.
  • Strong time Management, Problem Solving land Negotiations Skill.
