- Ensure compliance legal and statutory financial reporting requirement in project.
- Manage all office bank relation and bank account activities inducing preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements.
- Preparation of BPV / BRV / JVs (bookkeeping & posting into computerized accounting software).
- Preparation of payment / receipt vouchers and ensuring timely disbursement of outstanding payments through efficient funds management.
- Assisting Manager Finance with preparation of timely consolidated Quarterly & Annual Financial returns/ reports.
- Assisting Manager Finance with preparing monthly, quarterly and annual actual-to-budget expenditure reports and analysis of various funds.
- Assisting Manager Finance with all Financial procedures in project and ensuring compliance with corporate and AWT standards.
- Initiating case on Office Automation System (OAS) & obtaining approvals for payments.
- Preparation and disbursement of monthly payroll, tracking staff advances and terminal benefits in line with AWT policies & procedures.
- Assisting Manager Finance with preparation of Internal and External audits.
- Any other task as assigned by Manager Finance.
