The foreman mechnical is responsible to maintain all equipment and machinery plant wide in proper working condition at all times. Ensure every machine be aviablable for optimum utilization
- To ensure all machines are matained in proper mechancial and safety standards
- Overall in charge of machinery and equipment held with Business Unit
- Ensure implementation of predictive asnd preventive maintenance.
- Monitor control and evaluate OEE with the maintenance KPIs.
- To ensure that production is not suffer due to any mechnical fault.
- To ensure proepr training of the maintenace staff.
- Pay special attention yto safety aspect in general and of mixing mills area in particular
- Responsible for the keeping plant and equipment by keeping it in state of high maintenance.
- Ensure discilpline of his subordinates
- Will undertake any other job assigned to him by the Production Manager
