• Responsible for developing and implementing Askari Air Pakistan’s human resources business plan
  • Knowledge of aviation policies, procedures and systems use to maintain aviation personnel standards
  • Devising training & development initiatives in the organization
  • Compliance with employment legislation , labour laws governing the aviation sector (standard and regulatory procedures to be adhered to)
  • Designs, directs and manages a companywide process of organizational development that addresses issues such as succession planning, superior work force development, keen employee retention, workforce turnover and change management
  • Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, pre-employment checks orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; resolving problems; implementing change related to aviation sector
  • Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.
  • Overseeing all HR initiatives, systems and activities
  • Facilitating and providing advice to CEO in HR matters
  • Manage hiring practices, including recruiting and selection relating to the aviation industry
  • Establishing short- and long-term goals
  • Identify opportunities for improving, developing and conserving human resources
  • Structure competitive compensation & benefits packages
