The HR Manager SAP will be responsible for leading the SAP Program

  • Responsible for a wide array of activities that are central to the smooth functioning of the SAP.
  • Credible Project Management - plans in advance, sets realistic timelines, breaks down work, documents everything, follows up with others, assertive and diplomatic
  • Can effectively handle multiple, simultaneous activities and prioritize
  •  Extraordinary meeting facilitator
  • Works independently
  • Enjoys deep data analysis
  • Has successfully led projects and teams of people
  • Can coach and give constructive feedback that leads to better outcomes for the team/other Departments related to SAP.
  • SAP project implementation in efficient /end-user experience
