Job Description

The responsibilities of a HR Officer (Recruitment & Selection) include identifying future hiring needs, sourcing candidates and conducting interviews.

  • Managing Business Units and Head Office recruitments
  • Processing of Recruitment and Selection of staff / Officers
  • Coordinating with shortlisted candidates for documentation and interview
  • Processing induction cases in light of AWT’s policies and procedures.
  • Vetting of induction cases (all grades)
  •  Responsible for coordinating and managing selection process of relevant Business Units and HO.
  • Initiating and processing relevant Business Unit cases and Head Office.
  •  Any other task assigned by  Management
