Job Overview
- Responsible for the effective delivery of quality service through management of the day to day running of services/operations. This includes professional leadership, guidance & management of Support Workers, responsibility for effective management of resources in line with the policies/principles of Askari Tower Lahore.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Managing and coordinating operations management in large commercial activities/facilities of Askari Tower
- Effectively manages team members, including technicians, support staff and other stakeholders, to ensure team objectives and sales goals are being carried out/achieved in the best interest of AWT/Askari Tower Lahore
- Extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including commercial tower’s services details, industry regulations, restrictions, and laws, and ensures service department adheres to all regulations
- Responsibilities include directing staff, collecting fees, solving complaints, overseeing maintenance, preparing financial reports, updating records, negotiating contracts, and approving marketing campaigns
- Offering exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally
- Assists with or performs administrative tasks as per assigned by AWT’s Management
- Setting up/maintaining service desk, including managing service desk team members and evaluating desk efficiency
- Resolves service desk problems and improves current service desk methods to increase productivity and customer service
- Monitoring and controlling every department and ensuring client’s complaints are well addressed and take corrective measures to lessen those recurring issues with regular audit of work being done
