SCOPE:
To assist the FSS in raising the visibility of the company by carrying out an effective marketingand communications plan in order to:
- Attract new Clients across the country after perfect positioning of company image in the mind of those clients.
- Publicize the strengths of the company’s security guards.
- Promote the profile of the security guards and company as a whole to external clients.
- Ensure that recovery is maximized and arrears are kept to a minimum.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To plans and directs all aspects of an organization's marketing policies, objectives, and initiatives.
- To plan, develop and deliver marketing / promotion campaigns as agreed within time scales.
- To assist with the implementation of the marketing strategy with specific objectives and targets as agreed.
- To identifies changes in the marketing environment or competitive strategies and evaluates,adjusts, or redrafts the organization's marketing plan and philosophy accordingly.
- To support the overall marketing objectives of company both externally and internally.
- To contribute to annual sales and marketing plan.
- To make presentation for the CEO for BoD briefing.
- To create and develop ways to communicate the company’s message to their existing customers.
- To manage and control all matters relating to delinquent accounts by constantly executing collection and recovery procedures and ensuring appropriate actions are taken to ensure full recovery.
- Highlights credit failures (if any) to identify ways of improving the credit approval process.
- Ensures remedial action is taken when required to keep performance in line with business objectives
- Perform administrative work or other job functions related to collections and recoveries.
- To monitor accounts daily effectively in line with approved collections strategy.
