Scope:
To monitor receivable state of FSS with regards to clients and carrying out an effective recoveryplan for timely recovery of current invoices and of outstanding receivable
Responsibilities:
- To plan, develop and deliver receivable targets as agreed within time scales / set as per policy.
- To assist with the implementation of the recovery strategy with specific objectives and targets as agreed.
- To identify changes in the marketing environment or in respective regions, evaluates and adjusts recovery plan accordingly.
- To support the overall receivable objectives of company both externally and internally.
- To make presentation for CEO briefing.
- To manage and control all matters relating to delinquent accounts by constantly executing collection and recovery procedures and ensuring appropriate actions are taken to ensure full recovery.
- Ensures remedial action is taken when required to keep performance in line with business objectives.
- Perform administrative work or other job functions related to collections and recoveries.
- To monitor accounts daily effectively in line with approved collections strategy.
- To ensure collection of Income Tax Challan from respective clients through Recovery
