  • Collect and maintain field
  • Forecast necessary resources
  • Prepare field action, then discuss with supervisor and implement
  • Identify specific pocket within territory
  • Prepare monthly product  consumption forecast based on Crops sowing cycles

Enhancement Company presence and image in Territory.

  • Implement company Values/ pledge etc
  • Provide accurate company information
  • Communicate clearly and effectively

Continuously Grow & Develop Self.

  • Continuously enhance product, industry, customer, and competitor, knowledge
  • Attend trainings pertaining to product knowledge

Effective Management of company resource.

  • Manage activity according to budget
  • Maintain company allotted vehicles/ equipment/ samples

Make Effective farmers visit / sales call.

  • Ensure product consumption
  • Ensure proper product display at customer ends (Dealers)
  • Identify customer needs
  • Segment dealers/ farms
  • Conduct farmer meeting
  • Handel complaints to customers satisfaction

Be an effective team player.

  • Understand individual role within team and organization
  • Activity participation in team activity

Providing timely & Effective market info.

  • Identify information to be collected
  • Submit weakly report well in time

Seed production & procurement.

  • Strong market intelligence for crop procurement
  • Procurement of good quality of crop with competitive price
  • Strong liaison with Govt department (FSC & RD) Food department & PASCO
  • Timely seed processing & accountable for all the aspect which are primary element to increase the profit of Askari Seeds (Farms & Seeds)
  • Customer feedback analysis.
