- To Achieve Volumetric and Gross Margin Targets of his respected station.
- Responsible for Smooth & Efficient functioning of the CNG/MF Station, round the clock.
- Daily closing of sales after completion of shifts i.e. morning and evening. All details of quantity of gas sold and amount received from cashiers will be recorded.
- Supervision and maintenance of equipment of his station.
- Implement HSSE on the station to bring healthy environment for the employees and for customers.
- To maintain GCR, Gas to sales and USR, Utilities to sales ratio as per given targets.
- Effective usage of project resources for smooth functioning of CNG Station around the clock.
- Liaison with concerned staff of WAPDA and SNGPL (Meter Readers, Linemen, SDO and XEN) of their respective areas and also establish personal/friendly relations with them.
