Who are we looking for?
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science/IT having minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Chief Technology Officer or Technology Officer
Experience as lead programmer in web environments with modern open source languages
Experience in building large scale web application with modern open source technologies and frameworks
Solid background in agile software development, implementing fast release cycles without compromising quality
Excellent communication skills, fast thinking, hands-on manager, always acting as an entrepreneur
Technically ‘hands on’ with ability to manage, lead and deliver customer focused business solutions
Relevant experience in positions of increasing responsibility, building and managing high functioning and innovative development teams
Ability to train and influence people to excel on new technologies and the development process
Always open to evaluate new technologies to offer the best solution to customers.
Job Description
Technical leadership on global ecommerce and operations web applications using agile development
Managing an experienced team consisting of developers, project managers, testers and system administrators
Responsible for application architecture, quality, security and performance of high-traffic ecommerce sites that deliver world class experience for customer and seller
Interface between business requirements and technical execution
Refining and optimizing the system development process
Establish the best software architecture and infrastructure to that uses big data for automation and personalization on front and backend
Technical recruitment, evaluation and training of the development team
Release management, planning projects: WBS, risk management, resources
Defining tech solutions for state of the art mobile applications
