Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations

Design company policies and procedures

Review and update clauses of employment contracts and agreements as per business needs.

Prepare budgets for overall department related to Recruitment, Operations, Training and OD

etc.

Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates, maintain monthly HR Dash boards.

Measure the effectiveness of benefits programs and recommend improvements

Develop and oversee recordkeeping and data processing procedures, compensation, benefits,

Training and development and internal communications etc.

Designing the recruitment policies and procedures.

Ensure employer branding activities.

Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.

Oversee all HR initiatives, systems and tactics

Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance as and when needed.

Serve as the point of contact for employmee relations.

Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards

Deal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required

Anticipate and resolve litigation risks

Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
