· Oversee all project activities. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and create and monitor project plans and create a detailed project plan
· Direct and Manage project execution, ensuring target achievements and timely delivery. Handle shifting priorities and multiple projects independently.
· Coordinate development of web projects with clients and internal resources
· Manage all project related documentation like proposals, progress reports, requirements documentation
· Constantly check time variance during the project development to raise the flag and take corrective actions
· Responsible for the project planning, scheduling, and for monitoring and reporting the progress against the plan
· Plan, deliver and manage complex projects
· Act as the primary point of contact for the client
· Lead development projects
· Ensure that projects and services are delivered to the client on time
· Ensure that the projects are delivered according to the client’s expectations
· Set and continually manage project expectations with team members
· Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team members.
· Develop and deliver progress report
· Setting quality standards and ensuring they are met while designing and developing Projects
· Help Sales department with Pre-sales analysis, documentation and estimation.
