- Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
- Different tasks with different scale available for female staff
- The candidate must be educated, well-dressed and confident
- Monthly base work, Task base work, fulltime and halftime work available depend on candidates
- Organize facilities and manage all event's details such as decor, entertainment, invite list, special guests, promotional material, etc
- Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.
- Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes.
- Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest
- Promoting business through all available sources including cold calling, emails and social media
- Create detailed product requirements documents, and work with design and development teams to execute flawlessly
- Proactively communicate with platform users to adjust needs & requirements
- Create and monitor dashboards that track performance and achievement of business objectives
- Good incentives will be given on a weekly basis on highest rating in job
