• Identify training needs through effective TNA and propose trainings accordingly in line with business objectives
  • Prepare annual training calender and implement & monitor training programs all over the group.
  • Propose, plan & execute employee engagement and capability development programs for employees at all levels.
  • Keep track of all ongoing trainings through effective reporting.
  • Assess all the trainings and provide feedback for improvement on regular basis.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships will all the internal & external stakeholders.

Candidates having prior exposure in handling capacity building programs with different development organizations will have an edge.
