- Identify training needs through effective TNA and propose trainings accordingly in line with business objectives
- Prepare annual training calender and implement & monitor training programs all over the group.
- Propose, plan & execute employee engagement and capability development programs for employees at all levels.
- Keep track of all ongoing trainings through effective reporting.
- Assess all the trainings and provide feedback for improvement on regular basis.
