- Ensure availability of samples.
- Check the requirements of fabric / accessories of orders for production
- Make written reports on the progress of order.
- Give instructions to the Pattern Master for any particular sample, and check the sample after and before wash and ensure that the sample is as per the given requirements of Buyer.
- Completely pursue the shipment at all stages.
- Monitor supply of material for production.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with vendors
- Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
- Supervise the work of merchandisers and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
