Hiring Warehouse Manager (Trims)
- Define and align proper SOP of activities to ensure effectiveness in work and information flow.
- Identify SMART objectives and KPI of dept.
- Develop strategies keeping in view customer’s audit requirements.
- Oversee staffing/recruiting/training /coaching of direct reports including performance reviews
- Devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures.
- Ensure that proper SOP and policy to deal Ageing is in place and implemented across all store and sub-store levels.
- Monitoring on inventory days in hand and inventory turn over for better results.
- Ensure controlled issuance of material within provided budget.
- Ensure that proper SOP and policy related to dead stock disposal is properly implemented.
- Implement procedure for safety stocks and their proper monitoring in order to avoid stock out or over stocking of items.
- Coordinate with merchandisers to ensure customer liabilities are properly catered against cancelled orders.
- Coordinate with process control, compliance and internal audit team to align activities as per audit requirements.
- Review and analysis of audit report in order to take necessary majors as per observations.
- Ensure that quality manual of department with all Job descriptions, objectives, organogram etc is well maintained.
