Job Description

We are looking for an Office Receptionist. who must be confident, well-groomed and conversant in English with strong communication and reporting skills and must have knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word programs. 

  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Arranging meetings
  • Arranging couriers
  • Keeping the reception area tidy
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls / Handling and responding if required
  • Screening phone calls
  • Sorting and distributing post / Responding as per duty
