We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our client base. Applicant will be the company's face in developing and implementing an effective sales strategy. The goal is to stimulate long-term financial growth by increasing sales and strengthening customer relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
- Find a market niche by identifying, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
- Create a growth strategy that focuses on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market strategies, organisational needs, and products to identify potential business opportunities.
- Contacts potential partners to find or propose potential business deals.
- Promote the company's services. addressing or forecasting clients' goals
- Prepare business contracts while adhering to the law's established rules and guidelines.
- Keep track of sales, revenue, invoices, and so on.
- Give dependable feedback and after-sales service.
- Develop long-term relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Establish options and internal priorities.
- Examine the risks and opportunities for business success.
- Ensure that our client's needs and business goals are met by communicating with our technical team and responding appropriately.
- Improves the organization's reputation by accepting responsibility for completing new and different requests.
Requirements:
- Should have ability to maintain long working relationships.
- Should have planning and time management skills.
- Candidate should be able to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Should be able to work according to different time zones.
- Candidate must be able to build and manage business development team.
- Minimum Bachelors in relevant area of study.
