- We, Arvelon, are a skin care start up, with a simple vision of reforming the cosmetic industry of Pakistan through the use of safe and effective beauty products, specifically tailored for the needs of South Asian skin.
- Customer Service is one of the key pillars of our business and we are currently hiring a Chat Support Officer who shares our passion for creating the best possible experience for every customer.
- The ideal candidate will have a solid experience of dealing with high volume of customer chats, preferably at an e-commerce company.
- Our office is in Phase V, DHA but owing to COVID-19 this position will commence remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer chat queries including but not limited to: product information, suggestions, feedback etc.
- Making relevant CRM entries to update the relevant customer profiles.
- Dealing with customer cases in a professional manner and using CRM to track cases with the goal of maximizing customer satusfaction and retention.
- Communicating with potential customers on Facebook, Whatsapp and phone to generate sales, while using upselling and cross selling tactics to maximize revenue.
- Meeting the Productivity and Quality KPIs, as per target assigned
What we are looking for:
- Minimum Undergraduate degree
- 2+ years of experience in similar role, involving high volume of customer chats, preferably at an e-commerce company
- Excellent Written English
- Basic Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a vibrant personality
- Experience using CRM would be highly beneficial
