Customer Support is one of the key pillars of our business and we are currently hiring a Customer Service Executive who shares our passion for creating the best possible experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
· Dealing with customer queries including but not limited to: order updates, order changes, extenuating circumstances etc.
· Making relevant CRM entries.
· Dealing with customer cases in a professional manner and using CRM to track cases with the goal of maximizing customer retention.
· Communicating with potential customers on Facebook, Whatsapp and phone to generate sales, while using upselling and cross selling tactics to maximize revenue.
· Meeting the Productivity and Quality KPI as per target assigned
What we are looking for:
· Minimum Undergraduate degree
· 2+ years of experience in similar role, involving high volume of customer calls.
· Excellent spoken and written English
· Good telephone manner
· Strong interpersonal skills with a vibrant personality
· Experience using CRM
