An exciting opportunity has come up for a Customer Experience Manager in Lahore! We Arvelon are a digital skin care company striving to reform the skin care industry of Pakistan through safe and effective products designed specifically for the unique needs of South Asian skin.
You will be part of a Brand New Customer Experience division and will manage a growing team, have the opportunity to work directly with a range of key stakeholders and be a huge part of the success of this new department!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficacy of customer support agents and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Directly engage in resolving disputes in a timely manner and ensure maximum customer retention.
- Overlook customer communication on various digital channels including Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp to re-engage clients while using cross selling and up selling tactics.
- Work with all departments to ensure their interaction with customers reflects positively on the business and the client.
- the business owner for customer experience surveys, develop new and improved ways to accurately measure and address the customer experience; liaising with key stakeholders to drive changes and improvements accordingly.
CRM Management
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- 5+ Experience in previous customer experience management roles
- A genuine and demonstrable passion for customer service delivery
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Excellent English language skills (writing and speaking)
- Experience and understanding of CRM
The role is based in DHA, Lahore.
