Customer Service is one of the key pillars of our business and we are currently hiring Customer Support Officers to build our in-house team, which shares our passion for creating the best possible experience for every customer and positively engaging with them in every possible way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customer queries including but not limited to: product information, order booking, order changes, extenuating circumstances etc.
- Making relevant CRM entries.
- Dealing with customer cases in a professional manner and using CRM to track cases with the goal of maximizing customer retention.
- Communicating with potential customers on Facebook, Whatsapp and phone to generate sales, while using upselling and cross selling tactics to maximize revenue.
- Meeting the Productivity and Quality KPI as per targets assigned
What we are looking for:
- Minimum Undergraduate degree
- 3+ years of customer support experience , involving high volume of customer calls and messages.
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good telephone manner
- Strong interpersonal skills with a vibrant personality
- Experience using CRM
