We are currently hiring Data Entry Executives to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Entry of non-website sales data to CRM
- Order booking with courier partner
- Entry of shipment delay or unreceived packages
- Confirm receipt of payment against order
- Data entry of order changes made by customer
Skills Required:
- Minimum B.Com or undergraduate equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar role
- Good Excel skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Prior experience using a CRM system will be benficial
