Multimedia Designer

We, Arvelon, are a skincare startup, with the vision of reforming the cosmetic industry of Pakistan through the use of safe and effective products, specifically tailored for the needs of South Asian skin.

We are looking for a Multimedia Designer to help us create seriously stunning marketing content. You will be assisting and reporting directly to Creative Head, working closely with our copywriters, and be responsible for designing the content for digital marketing campaigns, print, packaging, and strategic branding material.

You should be a team player and someone enjoying telling stories and building experiences for people through various mediums. We are a small team of professionals who are keen on learning from and helping each other to work towards our mutual goal of creating the best skin care company in the country!

Responsibilities:

· Developing and translating concepts into effective designs for integrated marketing campaigns, comprising of social posts, infographics, animated GIFs, short videos, emails and blog posts.

· Working in partnership with our in-house copywriters to help create industry-leading campaigns that adhere to brand guidelines and align with business goals.

· Designing pages for our website that both adhere to brand guidelines and are visually engaging, using a variety of image types and media.

· Repurposing existing assets as products are updated, maximizing efficiency, and building the internal content library.

· Assist in the designing and development of strategic branding material.

Required Skills:

· Min. Bachelor's Degree (Media/Design/Arts)

· 2+ years of experience in graphic design and video production

· Full working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and the Adobe Creative Suite.

· Experience in modern graphic design mediums: digital, social media and print

· Animation & motion graphics skills

· Understanding of brand building practices and activities
