We, Arvelon, are a high-spirited start up, with a simple vision of reforming the cosmetic industry of Pakistan through the use of safe and effective beauty products, specifically tailored for the needs of South Asian skin.
We are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to interact with our prospective and existing clients in the interest of higher customer conversion (and retention).
What you’ll do:
1. Respond to all leads received on Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp and Phone.
2. Provide flawless support and information to assist potential customers. Implement a customer first mind-set.
3. Follow up on inquirers that did not convert.
4. Track on-going orders to fulfil them as per established KPI and provide information, if requested by customers.
5. Respond to customer cases by promptly engaging with them.
Who you are:
- Confident and polite phone manner is essential.
- Some customer service experience.
- Outstanding use of the written word.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Excel/Spread sheets and data entry for performance appraisal and strategy.
