We, Avalon, are a skin care start up, with a simple vision of reforming the cosmetic industry of Pakistan through the use of safe and effective beauty products, specifically tailored for the needs of South Asian skin.
We are looking for a Graphic Designer to create some seriously stunning digital marketing content and help convey our brand message. This isn’t any dictated role and you will be expected to pitch novel campaign ideas that tell stories and back them up with real data insights, and pitch them from a commercial perspective. As a small team, we are looking for a genuine self starter and if you love to take responsibility and managing your own projects, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing material
- Create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements
- Create user-centered concepts by integrating marketing objectives, target audience, creative assets and Avalon design elements into intuitive solutions
- Keep design elements up to date with market trends and back them up with data
- Independently lead campaign executions and collaborate across the organization
Qualifications
- A design degree
- 4+ years of creative design experience, preferably in Beauty, Fashion or FMCG.
- Excellent working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and the full Adobe Creative Suite
- An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating strong art direction. Visual design skills and experience in creating great interactive advertising solutions is a requirement
- Photography and video editing experiences would be beneficial
- Some UX and UI Design experience
