We are looking for a QuickBooks Accountant to join our team for all our accounting needs. Work can be performed remotely from your home. Work hours will be according to USA Standard time.
YOUR ROLE:
- QuickBooks Online data entry.
- Balance Sheets and Bank reconciliations.
- Accounts payable/receivable.
- Credit card entry and reconciliations.
- Compile reports to show cash receipts and expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, balance sheet, profit and loss, and other items pertinent to operation of business.
- Generate timely financial reports.
- Great attitude – willing to do whatever it takes to help get everything done.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years’ experience or a combination of education and experience that enables performance in all aspects of the position.
- Must have a working experience on QuickBooks.
