We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Callix Call center Pakistan. The purpose of this position is to receive and process customer orders and to provide service information to external customers or potential customers on various types of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
We are looking for an energetic and self motivated individual who will go out of their way to delight the customer. The immediate key roles will involve answering telephone calls, provide necessary information according to dashboard. We’d really like career orientated people with long term drive, who will thrive in our atmosphere and progress up the organization, taking on more responsibilities. No specific skills or experience required, and full training will be provided.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls
• Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customer complaints; provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers • Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Track record of over-achieving quota of work
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
