Responsibilities
· Ensuring timely recruitment for vacant positions.
· Organizing HR Department; documenting current processes, preparing: organograms, JDs, work-load analysis, identifying KPIs, setting performance evaluation methodology and appraisal system.
· Reviewing HR Policies; recruitment, leave, medical, remuneration etc.
· Identifying employee capability development needs and preparing training plans.
· Creating training strategy & action plan.
· Ensure that HR documentation and filing is updated.
· Strong english communication skills (written and verbal)
· Managing HR Module in HCM software.
· Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Ms-Word, Ms-PowerPoint, Ms-Excel).

· Minimum 2 years of work experience

· Flexible to work a rotational schedule (including some Holiday's & weekends) and take on other duties as assigned.
