As a Virtual Assistant (Digital Secretary), you’ll play a key role in supporting our management, technical, and design teams. You’ll handle digital communication, scheduling, and documentation, ensuring that projects run smoothly across different time zones.
You’ll work closely with our founder and global partners — helping to manage emails, meetings, project coordination, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage emails, calendars, and appointments across international time zones.
Prepare and format documents, presentations, and reports.
Organize digital files and databases (Google Drive, OneDrive, etc.).
Handle meeting coordination and record minutes of online meetings.
Assist with research, data entry, and follow-up communication.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Support basic digital marketing or content tasks (posting, formatting, social updates).
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Fluent English communication (both written and spoken).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines independently.
Preferred (Not Required)
Experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretary.
Knowledge of Canva, Excel automation, or light data analysis.
Basic understanding of LinkedIn, digital communication tools, or CRM systems.
Familiarity with tools like Trello, Notion, Asana, or Slack.
