Ascertia requires Senior HR Executive/ HR Generalist with solid HR/Admin experience.

Senior Executive HR is responsible for overall human capital planning & management alongside day to day administrative office work.

 

Essential Pre-Requisites:

·         Degree in HR (preferably MBA with specialization in HR)

·         At least 4 years of experience working as HR in mid-size or large technology or similar organization

·         Proven experience designing HR compensation plan, Recruitment, and classification.

·         Proven experience in administration

·         Proven experience on workforce planning.

·         Proven experience on training management.

·         Energetic, motivated and career oriented with strong observation skills, proactive rather than reactive

·         Excellent interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities Include:

·         Responsible for scheduling of candidates for interview.

·         Coordination with the respective department and documentation of the whole hiring procedure including making of orientation kit.

·         Conducting telephonic interviews for screening of candidates. Making interview calls and taking tests. Responsible for all the onboarding formalities. Conducting orientation sessions with new comers.

·         Handling of all the recruitment data and scheduling sheets in Soft form and File Management.

·         Work closely with top management to understand business needs and ensure that Company policies are effectively implemented.

·         Have a close eye on the motivational levels of employees and ensure they remain highly productive.

·         Respond to inquiries regarding the organization’s HR processes, policies, procedures and programs.

·         Verify attendance, maintain & Update Leave Records.

·         Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.

·         Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.

·         Handling Employee Database. (Both in Soft Form and Files Management)

·         Handling all the queries of the employees related to medical, leaves, attendance etc.

·         Responsible for explaining the various policies, strategies and benefits to the employees.

·         Ensure office equipment and environment is functional, clean and fit for purpose. Ensure adequate levels of office security and safety.

·         Communicate with STC, PSEB and other external parties as required.

·         Review office processes for efficiency and general improvements.

·         Provide weekly expense sheets. Manage office kitty. Ensure non IT equipment remains functional and ensure the office outlook remain corporate and neat.

·         Identify the training needs of employees and organize and assess their efficiency.

·         Manage and ensure organize companywide events are organized regularly.

·         Coming up with new ideas on how we can optimize our human capacity.

·         Lead companywide appraisal processes.
