Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. You will join a dynamic team of tech giants that includes developers, quality engineers, product managers, support engineers, digital marketing experts, and usability experts that make our products easier to use.

Skills Required:

Candidate should have good knowledge and experience in the following:

At-least 2 to 3 years proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
Ability to deliver high quality documentation by paying attention to detail
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
Excellent written and verbal skills in English
Hands on experience of MS Office and online documentation tools like HelpConsole and Confluence
Good understanding of SDLC and Software Development, i.e. Agile development in particular
Ability to meet the deadlines

Responsibilities:

Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
Create and maintain the information architecture
Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
Knowledge/Experience in any of the following will be a big plus:
Domain knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) products will be a plus
