We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for all activities related to sales. The key deliverables for this position are:
- Sell large scale commercial/residential projects.
- Understand customer requirements and present complete technical solutions & proposals, pre-sale design
- Generate fresh leads and follow up with potential customers
- Efficiently respond to queries and achieve assigned sale targets
- Develop & deliver solution presentations, conduct system demonstrations.
- Brand promotion and relationship building with Property Owners, Architects, Consultants, Builders & Contractors.
- Prepare technical specifications & requirement write ups
- Traveling within city to visit potential clients
- Responsibilities include day to day Sales call, customer visits
- Target-oriented approach with full-fledged command on Pre-sales & Post Sales activities
- Able to maintain customer & prospect database
- Outgoing Personality with no hesitation in outbound sales activities.
- Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
- Research and analyze sales options
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
Skills Required
- Direct Sales, Lead Generation & Closure, Conversion to sale, Client Follow-ups, Strong negotiation skills
- Proven Experience of work in Real Estate Industry
- Self-motivated and driven by targets
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills
