1. To Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in packaging products and materials for storage or shipment.
2. To check and Study the production order to ascertain type and quantity of product, containers to be used, and other packaging requirements.
3. To Inspects products prior to packaging and returns rejected products to production departments.
4. To Observes packaging operations and inspects containers to verify conformance to specifications.
5. To check Overprinting matters on packing components.
6. To train Workers.
7. To maintain all the relevant Record including BMR.
8. To calculate the Batch yields.
9. To make Daily Packaging report.
10. To make daily Ready for Packing Stock report.
11. To coordinate with all other departments regarding packaging matters.
12. To perform other duties as assigned by Manager
13. To be Responsible for all materials issued from warehouse for Packaging.
14. To ensure the general cleanliness and hygienic conditions of the Packaging areas and Packaging personnel.
Specific Tasks
- Managing day to day operations and completing necessary file work.
