Asia Bolts Industries L.L.C is a leading manufacturer and distributor of industrial fasteners having manufacturing operations in UAE and KSA, is recruiting a System Administrator to be based in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities (System Administrator)
1. Responsible for maintaining the company's IT network, servers, CCTV and security systems.
2. Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues.
3. Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.
4. Investigating and diagnosing network problems, collecting IT usage stats, making recommendations for improving the company's IT systems and carrying out routine configuration and installation of IT solutions.
5. Managing backup, security, passwords & monitoring internet and email use.
6. Good knowledge in Windows Server (2008 / 2012) Active Directory, Exchange Server / Office 365 – Setup, Configuration, Administration and Migration.
7. Sound knowledge of Hardware Firewall/ Router configuration and troubleshooting (Fortinet / Cisco).
8. Able to support & maintain existing IT Hardware including Security and Access Control Systems, plan & manage backup tasks (Symantec Backup Exec) and should have good command in identifying and resolving network problems.
9. Responsible for GPS, Employee Attendance machines.
10. Purchase of IT, Mobiles & related accessories.
11. Coordination for various projects directly under MD supervision, including ERP projects.
12. Any other responsibility assigned by management.
Skills and Competency
Qualification: Full time BCA/ BSc, B Tech (Computers).
Experience: Applicants should have 5-6 years of experience, preferably Manufacturing Industry.

Reporting to: General Manager
