ASIA Freight System is seeking a motivated Sales Executive with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities and developing strong customer relationships within the freight and logistics industry. The ideal candidate possesses solid knowledge of international shipping regulations, freight forwarding, and transportation procedures. Experience with customer relationship management software, such as Salesforce, is essential for efficiently managing leads and tracking client interactions. This position does not involve managing a team but requires a proactive approach to independently drive sales results and contribute to company growth. The Sales Executive plays a key role in expanding ASIA Freight System's market presence by identifying potential clients, understanding their shipping and logistics needs, and presenting tailored solutions. This involves conducting comprehensive market research, developing compelling sales presentations, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Excellent communication and presentation skills are critical to effectively engage prospects and convert leads into lasting business partnerships. This role offers the opportunity to grow expertise in the freight and logistics sector while making a significant impact on the companys sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through research, networking, and cold calling to expand the client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their logistics and transportation needs.
  • Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage opportunities, and document client interactions.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in freight and logistics.
  • Present and demonstrate ASIA Freight Systems services effectively to potential clients, aligning solutions with their shipment and supply chain requirements.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure accurate and timely delivery of freight solutions.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with customers while maintaining company profitability and compliance with international shipping regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of freight forwarding procedures, customs clearance requirements, and international transportation rules.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to support management decision-making and monitor progress toward targets.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and feedback, striving to exceed sales targets.
