1.    Outbound customer service calls, to facilitate customers in lodging claims or other service requests

2.   Outbound calls/call-backs to respond to queries received via email and social media channels

3.   Be able to understand customers’ needs in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs

4.   Collaborate and build relationships with customers to strengthen competitiveness
