- Perform Line Clearance activities and give Q.A. clearance of various Manufacturing & Packaging operations like Dispensing, Granulation, Compression, Coatings, blistering, Packing, Sterile Filling, Optical Checking and Coding etc.
- Sampling (Bulk, Intermediate & Finished Products and stability samples.
- Verify rejection and return material of all manufacturing and packaging components.
- Granted Manufacturing, Expiry and MRP for printing of cartons and labels.
- Maintaining log books of temperature, humidity, cleaning and machine records.
- Collect reference samples and transfer them to reference sample room.
- Issuance of Batch Documents BMR's & BPR's.
- Auditing batch document and releasing batch on time.
- Monitoring of GMP Compliance. Raising GMP observations to fulfill complies at different stages of manufacturing and packaging.
- Perform optical inspection AQL of ampoules.
- Made Qualification Protocol, Report and compiled results of new product at the blistering stage on different temperature and speed.
