Job Description
- Responsible for execution of management system audits
- Ensure compliance with the requirements defined in Global Quality System Procedures and Local Procedures
- Accountable for audit reports preparation and audit package submission to AIS commodity team management for review and decision-making process of certification
- Conduct in-house and public training, including the related training material preparation
- Work with project teams in supporting the development and review of some new products' training and certification assesment
- Provide technical support to Marketing, Sales Executives, and Account Executives
- Assist in tasks assigned by Supervisors / Managers
Qualifications
- 4-year University Degree or above with four years or above working experience, preferably in Quality Assurance, environmental, occupational health, and safety management systems with relevant experience in agriculture, manufacturing, environmental, legal and accounting, public administration, and management.
- Capable for audit delivery and execution, as well. Successful completion of lead auditor training is ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / OHSAS 18001 or ISO 45001 / BIM & ISO 19650 / other management systems is added advantage
- Good command on English, including written English and auditing / technical report writing skills
- Familiar with MS Office and related software
- Work experience as a goal achievement and organizational success-driven Induvidual Contributor invilving the exerciase of judgement, problem-solving and strong communication skills with people are added advantage
