Job Requirement

  • Processing DBS applications, update service checks, references, training and ID badges
  • Taking calls from customers and answering the phones within 3 rings to uphold the highest level of customer service
  • Entering data correctly onto relevant portals and the company’s customer relationship management system
  • Monitoring daily reports to track expiring documentation and ensuring timely renewals are applied for and completed ahead of the final expiry dates
  • Ensure all compliance activity fully complies with company policy, processes and procedures
  • Assisting in ensuring all candidates are fully compliant and cleared to work before their first placement is awarded
  • Working within the relevant company quality and recruitment policies and procedures and ensuring that every workers file is fully qualified to deliver a high quality of care to affected patients

Education

Intermediate/A-Level/College Career Level: Entry Level upwards

  • Rs. 20,000-100,000 per month 
  • Attendance bonus of Rs. 5,000.00 per month
  • Potential on target earnings from year 2 onward could be circa Rs. 150,000+ per month
