Key Responsibilities
Install FTTH connections at customer locations.
Perform fiber splicing, termination, and joint closure.
Troubleshoot fiber faults using OTDR and power meter.
Replace and configure ONT/ONU devices and routers.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on fiber network.
Respond to customer complaints and technical issues promptly.
Ensure proper routing, dressing, and protection of fiber cables.
Maintain job documentation and update work status in systems.
Follow safety standards and installation SOPs.
Coordinate with team lead and supervisor for escalation support
