We need a technician with hands-on experience maintaining mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in a multi-story, high-traffic facility.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of:
- Electrical distribution systems and panels
- Electric meters and load monitoring
- Elevator systems (basic troubleshooting and coordination with service vendors)
- Backup generators and UPS systems
- Water pumps, plumbing, and drainage systems
- Fire safety infrastructure (detection and suppression)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and system schematics
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
- On-call availability for unforeseen maintenance issues
- Preference for candidates with experience in commercial or office buildings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or MEP Technology
- Vocational training from a recognized technical institute
- Relevant safety or compliance certifications (e.g., fire safety, electrical safety)
