PAYROLL MANAGEMENT:
- Pre-payroll Activities (Data gathering from branches/offices)
- Data entry in PS (Staff Finances and Allowances)
- Processing of payroll and generation of payroll related reports (Register, Recon, GPGLs and EFTs)
- Reconciliation of data changes w.r.t branches/offices data.
- Finalization of Payroll.
- Post Payroll Activities (Generation of Salary Slips, Settlement of Misc deduction, approval for issuance of pay order of EOBI and deposit in NBP).
- Preparation and issuance of Income Tax Deduction Certificate to staff.
- Managing income tax claims of staff for adjustment in their income tax liability
- Maintain filing system
END SERVICE BENEFITS:
- Calculation of payments or recovery i.e. Salary, LFA, Leave Encashment, Bonus, Adhoc Reliefs, Road Maintenance, Tax Refund.
- Preparation of Final Settlement Sheet for payment.
- Initiation cases for Provident Fund / Gratuity fund.
- Payment of Profit on PF, Gratuity diff.
- General Correspondence related to End Service Benefits (Emailing of ESB cases to respective Branch/Office/HRD/CBD for coordination)
EOBI MANAGEMENT:
- Registration of new employees with EOBI
- Monthly updation on EOBI portal
- Ensure implementation of EOBI rules
- Processing of Claim Form and issuance of Salary/EOBI deduction certificate.
- Dispatch EOBI cards to concerned employees
SPECIAL PAYMENTS:
Disbursement of following special payments;
- Bonus/Adhoc Reliefs
- Annual Increments
- Executive Car Tax Refunds
- Executive Car road Maintenance
