Askari Family Takaful is seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Branch Manager with at least two years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong skills in customer relationship management, team leadership, and performance monitoring. This role involves assisting the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery and achieving business objectives. The Assistant Branch Manager will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of six personnel, fostering a productive work environment that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Support the Branch Manager in managing daily branch activities to achieve operational goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead and supervise a team of six staff members by providing guidance, training, and ongoing performance feedback.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure high levels of service quality.
- Monitor team performance through regular evaluations, setting clear objectives and standards to drive productivity and growth.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions that increase branch effectiveness.
- Assist in preparing reports on branch performance, including sales targets, customer feedback, and operational issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate resources and services that support branch activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally to maintain positive client relations.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and development of staff to build a skilled and motivated team.
