Askari Family Takaful is seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our branch. The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership and team management, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of 10 persons. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and a commitment to driving branch performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards.
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily branch activities, building a strong team culture, and monitoring the performance of your staff.
