In this role, the Branch Manager is responsible for directing daily operational activities, managing staff performance, and implementing policies to achieve business growth. Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the branch team of 10 personnel to achieve operational excellence and business goals.
- Develop and implement branch strategies to meet or exceed financial targets and growth objectives.
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with corporate leadership to align branch activities with overall company goals and compliance requirements.
- Prepare and manage the branch budget, monitor expenses, and analyze financial reports to guide decision-making.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members to enhance skills and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and local community to drive business development.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement changes to increase customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage risk by ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear objectives to support team member growth and accountability.
