Askari Family Takaful seeks a dedicated Branch Manager with at least five years of experience to lead our local branch operations. The Branch Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring the achievement of financial targets while fostering strong customer relationships. The Branch Manager will serve as the key representative of Askari Family Takaful in the community, driving growth initiatives and maintaining compliance with corporate policies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of 10 employees, providing coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Manage branch financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to meet and exceed profitability targets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, resolving issues promptly and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to uphold operational standards.
- Plan and execute strategies to increase branch business, including marketing activities and community engagement.
- Coordinate with corporate offices to align branch initiatives with overall company goals and standards.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of branch staff to build a capable and motivated team.
- Conduct regular meetings with team members to discuss targets, challenges, and business updates.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on branch performance for senior management review.
